‌Inconel Alloy 625 is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy with excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance.
Alloy 625 has a density of about 8.44 g/cm³, a melting point between 1290 degree and 1350 degree , relatively low thermal conductivity, and low electrical conductivity. The operating temperature range is from cryogenic to 1800 degree F (982 degree ).
‌Inconel Alloy 625 is available in the form of tubes, pipes, plates, strips, plates, round bars, flat bars, forgings, hexagonal bars, and wires. These products are available in a variety of sizes.

 

Nickel Alloy 625 UNS N06625 Applications
1. Aerospace Industry: Aircraft duct systems, engine exhaust systems, thrust reversal systems, and rocket engine parts.
2. Chemical Industry: Equipment for handling and processing corrosive chemicals, such as chemical plant reactors, vessels, and piping systems.
3. Marine Engineering: Propeller blades, shafts, and other components in seawater applications.
